Petra Café
"A rose-red city half as old as time" John William Burgon
Petra the world wonder, is without doubt Jordan’s most valuable treasure and greatest tourist attraction. It is a vast, unique city, carved into the sheer rock face by the Nabataeans, an industrious Arab people who settled here more than 2000 years ago, turning it into an important junction for the silk, spice and other trade routes that linked China, India and southern Arabia with Egypt, Syria, Greece and Rome.
Our Café has a miniature 3D replica of the Treasury "Al-Khaznah" custom made by a local artist, although not carved into sheer stone like in Petra but our miniature "Khaznah" give our guests a glimpse of the artistic spirit resonating in this area from more than 2000 years ago.
Petra café is located on the lobby level and serves an array of different oriental dishes. The cafe is open daily from 7:00am – 10:00pm
