We protect our work, according to the copyright law, at the Department
of the National Library from Ministry of Culture, with the Audiovisual
Commission’s approval. This and only this, is the purpose of our copyright
assignment.
The
DESIGNER shall retain (or his/her employer shall
retain, if applicable) the copyright to the photos captured at the
Client’s
locations.
Within 48 hours from the photo session, a proof version will be available
on the
Client’s Web page from
www.allinjordan.com.
Within 7 (seven) days from the publishing, the
DESIGNER shall
be waiting for the
Client’s comments and corrections
(if any) about photos selection.
If the
DESIGNER does not receive any comments for
photos selection during this period, the
DESIGNER has
the right to decide the final photos selection, on which the
CLIENT shall
agree.
The photos' selection agreed by the
CLIENT can be
published on
www.allinjordan.com or
any third party repositories as CD Promotions, brochures, banners etc.,
but linked to the promotional and advertising campaign for the web site
www.allinjordan.com,
exclusively. This is a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free approval
that allows publishing photos online, whether received in hard copy or
electronically. The selected photos may be published alone or with other
photos or texts, in English or Arabic or any other languages, according
to the artwork.
The
DESIGNER may change the appearance of photos (dimensions,
file size, etc.) to fit into the artwork and other products.
This agreement shall be valid for the
DESIGNER, its
publisher, licensees, assignees and successors in business, for unlimited
time and free of charge.
